“I wanted to compliment the tech that came to fix our window. He took care to ensure that the glass was clean after the repairs, and then he also trimmed these little “hairs” that ran along the bottom metal slider and silicone’d the small pin that use to slide the window so that it doesn’t have to be tightened every few days. He was very nice and courteous, and obviously takes pride in a job well done. Our window has never operated this well since installation! Thank you.”
